Tarte Flambe
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 rashers bacon, chopped and fried until crisp
- 1 small salad onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup grated Swiss cheese
- Prick pastry well with a fork.
- Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 200C for 10 minutes or until pastry is light brown.
- Mix Philly*, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Spread Philly* mix to within 1 cm of edge.
- Top with bacon, onion slices and grated cheese.
- Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes until pastry is golden and onions are cooked.
