Tarte Flambe

  1. Prick pastry well with a fork.
  2. Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 200C for 10 minutes or until pastry is light brown.
  3. Mix Philly*, sour cream, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread Philly* mix to within 1 cm of edge.
  5. Top with bacon, onion slices and grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes until pastry is golden and onions are cooked.
