Lemon Squares
- 1 (300 g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 lemons
- graham cracker
- Put the juice of 3 lemons in a bowl.
- Add condensed milk and mix well for 1 minute.
- In a small, separate bowl, set aside 2 tablespoons of graham cracker.
- IN the bottom oa a 9x9-inch pan, spread 1/4 of the remaining graham crackers.
- Cover lightly with lemon mixture.
- Top with another 1/4 of graham crackers.
- Repeat steps #4 and #5 until you have four layers of the crackers.
- The lemon mixture should be the top layer.
- Sprinkle on top the 2 tablespoons of graham crackers that you set aside earlier.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
