Lemon Squares

  1. Put the juice of 3 lemons in a bowl.
  2. Add condensed milk and mix well for 1 minute.
  3. In a small, separate bowl, set aside 2 tablespoons of graham cracker.
  4. IN the bottom oa a 9x9-inch pan, spread 1/4 of the remaining graham crackers.
  5. Cover lightly with lemon mixture.
  6. Top with another 1/4 of graham crackers.
  7. Repeat steps #4 and #5 until you have four layers of the crackers.
  8. The lemon mixture should be the top layer.
  9. Sprinkle on top the 2 tablespoons of graham crackers that you set aside earlier.
  10. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
