  3. Cook and stir chicken in 1 Tbsp.
  4. of the prepared dressing in skillet on medium heat until chicken is cooked through (170F).
  5. Toss lettuce with chicken, croutons and cheese in large bowl.
  6. Add remaining 7 Tbsp.
  7. prepared dressing just before serving; mix lightly.
