Bran Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400F Prepare muffin pan.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients and quickly mix wet into dry.
  4. Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. NOTE: To have these be more moist, use the vegetable oil in place of applesauce.
  6. More fat, but if you use canola it will give you the brain food --omega 3.
