Impossible Taco Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
• 1 1/4 c. milk
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 c. Bisquick
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese

1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
2. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches.
3. Cook and stir beef and onion until brown; drain.
4. Stir in seasoning. Mix; spread in plate.
5. Top with chilies.
6. Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick.
7. Mix until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with mixer.
8. Pour into plate.
9. Bake 25 minutes.
10. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
11. Bake until center is set, 8 to 10 minutes longer.
12. Cool 5 minutes.
13. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, lettuce and cheese, if desired.
