Good for You Crispy Treats (Rice Krispy Bars)

  1. Grease a 9x9 pan with butter.
  2. Mix cereal, raisins and flax meal together in a large bowl.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine nut butter, rice syrup, honey and butter.
  4. Stir over low heat until melted and combined.
  5. Pour nut butter mixture over cereal mixture and combine.
  6. Press into prepared pan, using your hands to press into the corners.
  7. Put in freezer for 30 minutes to set; cut into bars.
  8. Keep refrigerated for up to a week.
