Turkey Chili With Beans
- 2 lbs ground turkey or 2 lbs substitute fake meat
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can cannellini beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (16 -18 ounce) can Italian tomatoes
- 1 (5 1/2 ounce) can jalapenos (seeds discarded) or 1 fresh canned jalapeno slices (seeds discarded)
- 1 (5 1/2 ounce) can green chilies
- 2 cups water or 2 cups broth
- 3 -4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 -2 teaspoon salt
- 1 -2 teaspoon black pepper
- optional 13 oz can corn
- Brown Turkey meat.
- Put Turkey into a pot or crock pot.
- Drain and rinse all the beans and add them to the pot.
- Put the rest of ingredients into the pot.
- Cook for desired results about 1-2 hours on stove medium to medium high heat.
- If in a Slow Cooker, can be put on High for up to 3 hours for desired results.
