Spaghetti Pie
- 8 oz Angel hair pasta
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 lb Ground beef (cooked and drained)
- 1 large Bottle of spaghetti sauce
- Mix butter into cooked and drained pasta until melted.
- Mix beaten eggs with pasta until they mix completely.
- Mix Parmesan cheese into pasta.
- Spread mixture into greased 9" pie plate.
- Add a layer of cottage cheese on top of the noodles.
- Heat cooked ground beef and pasta until thickened.
- Add layer over cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cook at 350F for 25 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
