Potato Lunch Casserole

  1. Arrange potatoes in greased 9x13 pna.
  2. Sprinkle the mushrooms, onions and celery over the top of the potatoes evenly.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine margarine, water, dry soup mix and bring to boil.
  5. Pour over potatoes.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
