Microwave Scallops Cacciatore Recipe

  1. Combine onion, pepper, garlic and oil in 2 qt casserole dish.
  2. Cook, uncovered 3 min, adding remaining ingredients, except parsley, cook, covered 6 min or possibly till scallops are tender.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley.
  4. Serve with rice.
  5. From Weight Watchers Cookbook.
  6. Each serving; 3 protein, 1 1/2 fat and 2 vegetable exchanges.
  7. 4 servings.
