Crockpot sirloin tips with mushrooms
- 2 packages dry ranch seasoning
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb sirloin beef tips
- 4 packages 8 oz white button mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cold water
- Add tips, onion, mushrooms to crockpot.
- Sprinkle with one package of ranch seasoning.
- Melt one stick of butter in microwave.
- Once melted stir in the other packet of ranch.
- Spread ranch butter over the ingredients that are already in the crockpot.
- Add wine and Worcestershire to crockpot.
- Cook on high 5-6 hours.
- Once cooked you may want to thicken the sauce a bit.
- If you do, just mix the corn starch and cold water together.
- Add to the crockpot and stir.
- Let cook an additional 10 minutes or so.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
