Mom's Pecan Refrigerator Cookies Recipe

• 2 c. brown sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 c. butter
• 3 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. minced pecans

1. Cream butter and sugar together.
2. Add in Large eggs and mix thoroughly.
3. Mix dry ingredients into creamed mix, add in vanilla and mix thoroughly.
4. Add in pecans.
5. Divide dough into 2 equal portions, form into a roll.
6. Wrap in wax paper and chill.
7. When chilled, slice and bake 8-10 min at 350 degrees.
