Hearty Nachos
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 15 ounces canned chili
- 14 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 14 cup green onion, slices
- Combine Velveeta, chili, and hot pepper sauce in saucepan; stir over low heat until Velveeta is melted.
- Place chips on large serving platter; top with remaining ingredients.
- Microwave: Microwave Velveeta, chili and hot pepper sauce in 1 1/2-quart casserole or bowl on HIGH 5-6 minutes or until throughly heated, stirring every 3 minutes.
- Continue as directed.
