Almost Chicken Marinara

  1. Brown chicken in oil till almost done.
  2. Put tomatoes in food processor and pulse till chunky.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except pasta.
  4. Pour over chicken and bring to a boil.
  5. Cover with lid.
  6. Simmer till chicken is done.
  7. Remove lid and cook till slightly thickened.
  8. Serve over pasta.
