Almost Chicken Marinara
- 6 -8 chicken pieces (your choice)
- 2 -3 tablespoons oil
- 2 (15 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 -2 teaspoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
- 14 cup green pepper (optional)
- 14 cup sauteed chopped onion (optional)
- 1 lb pasta, cooked
- Brown chicken in oil till almost done.
- Put tomatoes in food processor and pulse till chunky.
- Add remaining ingredients except pasta.
- Pour over chicken and bring to a boil.
- Cover with lid.
- Simmer till chicken is done.
- Remove lid and cook till slightly thickened.
- Serve over pasta.
