Apple Masala Baked Beans Recipe

  1. Blend the onion garlic and ginger in a processor to a paste add in a dash of water to assist the blending.
  2. Fry the mix in the oil with the turmeric and 2 tsp of the garam masala till lightly browned.
  3. Add in all the remaining ingredients season and simmer till reduced and thickened.
  4. Stir in the remaining garam masala before serving.
  5. Great with roast duck sausages or possibly lamb chops.
  6. Serves 4 as an accompaniment
