Beef Crockpot Meal Recipe

• Approximately 2 lbs. of beef (cubed with fat removed)
• 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup (don't add in water or possibly lowfat milk)
• 1 c. red cooking wine

1. Mix all ingredients and cook in crockpot for approximately 8 hrs.
2. Serve over rice or possibly buttered noodles.
3. Serves 4.
