My Family's Edible Grated Ponzu
- 150 ml Ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Daikon radish (grated)
- 1 tbsp Carrot (grated)
- 1 tbsp Apple (grated)
- Prepare the ponzu soy sauceor use store-bought.
- Prepare the grated daikon radish, carrot, and apple.
- Adjust the amounts to taste.
- It's also okay if you don't use all of the ingredients.
- Combine the ponzu soy sauce and grated ingredients and mix well.
- It's a fruity and refreshing sauce.
- I love it on top of grilled fish.
