Creamy Cabbage SlawA More Conventional Slaw.
- 3 cups shredded green or red cabbage
- 1 bunch green onions, trimmed and sliced
- 1 large stalk celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet artificial sweetener (optional)
- Combine the cabbage, green onions, and celery in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and artificial sweetener, if desired.
- Add the dressing to the slaw and toss to coat.
- Cover and chill for 15 minutes in the freezer or 1 hour in the refrigerator.
