Blackened Steak with Mango Salsa

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl; stir in A.1.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Cut steak into 4 pieces.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients until blended.
  5. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of steaks; rub into steaks.
  6. Heat large heavy skillet on high heat.
  7. Add steaks, in batches; cook 3 to 5 min.
  8. or until bottoms are blackened.
  9. Turn steaks over; cook 2 to 3 min.
  10. or until medium doneness (160F).
  11. Serve with mango salsa.
