Shish Kabob Recipe

  1. Trim fat from meat.
  2. Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
  3. Mix vinegar, oil, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Marinate meat into mix for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove meat and alternate on 4 skewers with green pepper and tomatoes.
  6. Brush with marinade.
  7. Broil 4 inches from heat about 10 min, turning once.
  8. Yield: 4 servings.
  9. 1 serving (1 skewer) : 3 lean meat; 2 vegetable; 1/2 fat; 244 calories.
