Elisa's Nutella & Caramel Pastry Swirl

  1. Cut your puff pastry in rounds.
  2. Spread Nutella over the first layer of puff pastry.
  3. Avoid the edge and don't spread too much of it because the oil of the nutella will soak the dough.
  4. Top with another layer of pastry and spread the caramel and some nutella on it.
  5. Top with the last layer of pastry.
  6. Pinch the border to close it.
  7. With a glass, press in the middle to mark it.
  8. Don't press to hard because the pastry will break.
  9. (I accidentally broke mine )
  10. Now cut lines around the circle.
  11. And twist each section, twist one to the right, one to the left, one to the right and so...
  12. Spray with butter and bake on 300A until golden.
  13. Serve and enjoy!!
