Elisa's Nutella & Caramel Pastry Swirl
- 1 Nutella
- 3 Puff Pastry Sheets (Round)
- Cut your puff pastry in rounds.
- Spread Nutella over the first layer of puff pastry.
- Avoid the edge and don't spread too much of it because the oil of the nutella will soak the dough.
- Top with another layer of pastry and spread the caramel and some nutella on it.
- Top with the last layer of pastry.
- Pinch the border to close it.
- With a glass, press in the middle to mark it.
- Don't press to hard because the pastry will break.
- (I accidentally broke mine )
- Now cut lines around the circle.
- And twist each section, twist one to the right, one to the left, one to the right and so...
- Spray with butter and bake on 300A until golden.
- Serve and enjoy!!
