Grilled French Bread With Herbs

  1. Slice the baguettes lengthwise.
  2. Brush them with olive oil.
  3. Combine the garlic, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Sprinkle mixture over the bread.
  5. Recombine the loaves and wrap in aluminum foil.
  6. Place the loaves over the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until well heated throughout, about 15 minutes.
