Turkey and Apple Pockets

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil and cook turkey until lightly browned.
  2. Add apple, sage and pepper and cook, stirring often for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Divide turkey into 6 portions.
  4. Spoon into each pita half.
  5. Serve warm.
