Spicy Fried Ginger Chicken

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the oil and refrigerate.
  2. Allow the chicken to marinate for atleast an hour.
  3. Deep fry the chicken, when ready to serve.
  4. Serve with a side of sweet n sour cucumbers, sweet chilli or apricot sauce.
