Cheesy Apple and Ham Sandwich

• 1/2 English muffin, toasted
• 1 slice KRAFT FREE Cheddar Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
• 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Thin Sliced Brown Sugar Ham
• 2 slices Granny Smith Granny Smith apple
• 1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
• ground cinnamon

1. Layer muffin half with cheese product, ham and apple.
2. Top with yogurt; sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
