Baked Bananas with Pineapple and Honey

  1. Peel bananas and place in a single layer in baking dish just large enough to hold them.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F.
  3. Combine pineapple with juice, honey, lemon juice and cornstarch in a bowl; pour over bananas.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or just until bananas are softened and sauce is bubbly.
