Sauteed Liver Recipe

  1. Slice liver 3/4-inch thick.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and coat with flour.
  3. In skillet heat butter and oil.
  4. Add in onions and saute/fry about 3 min.
  5. Remove onions.
  6. Add in liver and fry over high heat about 3 min each side.
