red velvet brownie

  1. Preheat oven 350?
  2. prepare 9x15 baking pan
  3. Medium bowl mix cake mix, melted butter, 3 tablespoon vegetable oil,and one egg (batter will be thick)
  4. Reserve 1/3 cup of batter set aside
  5. Pour remaining of batter in pan
  6. Add 3 tablespoons water to 1/3 cup of batter you set aside
  7. Make topping by mix cream cheese sugar egg and vanilla mix with hand mixer or stand mixer
  8. Spread evenly on top of batter
  9. Spoon 1/3 cup batter over topping and use butter knife make swirls
  10. Bake for 25-30 min
  11. Let cool and set then cut and enjoy
