Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 dash salt
• 14 teaspoon xanthan gum
• 14 cup extra virgin olive oil

1. Mix & blend together on high in blender until smooth.
2. Store in air tight container in refrigerator.
