Santa Fe Shrimp Supper

  1. Stir in cooked noodles, shrimp, vegetables and sherry.
  2. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until mixture is heated through (5 to 7 minutes).
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. *Substitute 1 cup frozen corn, 1 cup frozen broccoli florets and 1/2 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper.
  5. Melt butter as directed.
  6. Add red pepper; cook 1 minute.
  7. Add shrimp; continue as directed above.
