Spaghetti In Tuna Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan.
  2. Add in garlic, mushrooms, parsley, basil, saute/fry for a few min.
  3. Then add in carrots, celery, salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer for about 3 or possibly 4 min.
  5. Keep stirring, then add in tomatoes (mashed) and tomato sauce; simmer for about 20 min on medium heat.
  6. Then add in your tuna fish, for about another 5 min.
  7. Cook the spaghetti al dente.
  8. Drain and toss quickly with sauce and grated cheese.
  9. Very easy to make.
  10. Serves 4 or possibly 5.
