Barbecue Cider Sauce Recipe

  1. Grate the peel from 2 large oranges, add in juice of 6 oranges and 2 lemons, add in the catsup, cider vinegar, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Season with garlic, celery salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper.
  3. Thin sauce with dill pickle juice or possibly water.
  4. Yield: 7 c..
