Oyako Don with Asparagus and Egg

  1. Cut the asparagus diagonally, the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and the onion into wedges.
  2. Boil the mentsuyu and water in a pot.
  3. Add the chicken and onions.
  4. When it's cooked, pour in the beaten eggs and add the asparagus.
  5. When it's half cooked, turn off the heat.
  6. Pour Step 4 over a bowl of rice.
  7. You're all done.
