Butter Naan (Indian Bread)
- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 2 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- ml warm water
- Mix all purpose flour with salt, baking soda, oil and sugar with like warm water.
- Make a soft dough (not runny) and keep aside covered with a damp cloth for 30 minutes.

- Take 1 inch balls and roll make to about 3-5mm thickness
- Smear some water and put the rolled naan on a normal pan.
- If you use a non stick, it'll slip off.
- Keep on med to high flame.
- Flip the entire pan upside down on the flame to grill the nan from lower side.
- The water helps to keep the nan stuck to the pan
- Take some butter and top n serve hot with any curry of your choice
