Butter Naan (Indian Bread)

  1. Mix all purpose flour with salt, baking soda, oil and sugar with like warm water.
  2. Make a soft dough (not runny) and keep aside covered with a damp cloth for 30 minutes.

  4. Take 1 inch balls and roll make to about 3-5mm thickness
  5. Smear some water and put the rolled naan on a normal pan.
  6. If you use a non stick, it'll slip off.
  7. Keep on med to high flame.
  8. Flip the entire pan upside down on the flame to grill the nan from lower side.
  9. The water helps to keep the nan stuck to the pan
  10. Take some butter and top n serve hot with any curry of your choice
