Toddlers love this too! Tandoori Chicken Drumettes
- 5 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger (tubed is ok)
- 1 tsp Grated Garlic (tubed is ok)
- 1 tbsp Marmalade (Honey is ok as a substitute)
- 10 Chicken wings (about 10 drumettes)
- Mix all of the ingredients in a plastic bag and massage it.
- Let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- If you can, let the chicken marinate overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 415F (210C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings on it.
- Pour the marinade on top too.
- Once your oven is heated up, bake on the middle or upper shelf of your oven for 30-40 minutes (The cooking power of ovens vary so adjust your time as necessary).
