Quinoa Fruit Salad

  1. Bring quinoa and water to boil in medium saucepan; cover.
  2. Simmer on low heat 15 min.
  3. or until water is absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat; let stand 3 min.
  5. Fluff quinoa with fork.
  6. Transfer to medium bowl; cool 15 min.
  7. Add fruit and nuts; mix lightly.
  8. Mix dressing and sugar.
  9. Add to salad; toss to coat.
