Easy Cupboard Salsa
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (4-1/2 oz.) chopped green chilies
- 1/2 lg. onion
- Jalepeno slices, to taste
- 1 lemon
- lime, juice of
- 3 tbsp. parsley
- chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
- In a small food processer bowl combine onion, lemon and jalepeno; process until finely chopped.
- In a non-metallic bowl combine all ingredients.
- Serve room temperature or chill.
- Enjoy!
