Peaches And Cream Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Beat flour, baking pwdr, salt, pudding, butter, egg and lowfat milk for 2 min and pour into pan.
  2. Place fresh sliced peaches over batter.
  3. Cream the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.
  4. Beat for 2 min and spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
  5. Combine 1 Tbsp.
  6. sugar and 1/2 tsp.
  7. cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese mix.
  8. Bake till golden.
  9. Oven temperature 350 degrees, time 30 to 35 min using a 9 or possibly 10 inch pie pan.
