Peaches And Cream Cheesecake Recipe
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounce. vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Beat flour, baking pwdr, salt, pudding, butter, egg and lowfat milk for 2 min and pour into pan.
- Place fresh sliced peaches over batter.
- Cream the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.
- Beat for 2 min and spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
- Combine 1 Tbsp.
- sugar and 1/2 tsp.
- cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese mix.
- Bake till golden.
- Oven temperature 350 degrees, time 30 to 35 min using a 9 or possibly 10 inch pie pan.
