Creamy ranch pork chops

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat saute pan over medium high.
  3. Brown chops in oil on both sides.
  4. If using crock pot, transfer chops to a crock pot that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Add remaining ingredients to pan and heat through, scraping pan.
  6. Pour sauce over chops and cook on low, 6 hours.
  7. If not using crock pot, leave chops in pan.
  8. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer on low 1 hour, or until chops are tender.
