Simplest BBQ Pork
- 250 g pork ribs, cut in 3cmx4cm size (250g)
- garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons kraft barbecue sauce
- Heat pan/wok.
- Add oil.
- Add chopped garlic.
- Add pork.
- Add BBQ sauce.
- Add half cup water, reduce heat, cover up and cook for about 15 minutes.
- It will be done when water is gone, you will see extra oil (clear) in wok, and the pork looks like below pic :).
