Spicy Mustard Okra Brussels Spinach Casserole

  1. coat bottom of dish.
  2. with olive oil, garlic cloves and peppercorn.
  3. put in a layer of spinach.
  4. a layer of brussels.
  5. a layer of okra.
  6. dribble some olive oil.
  7. and repeat.
  8. make sure to coat leaves with oil.
  9. use a brush if that helps.
  10. pt in oven at 425/450.
  11. and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  12. with a wooden spoon rotate the veges.
  13. and keep in oven for another 10-15 minutes.
  14. serve with rice.
