Sesame Seed Citrus Noodles
- 4 cups wide no yolk noodles
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 4 12 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 12 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Drain, but reserve 1/2 cup cooking water, and return noodles to pan.
- Add basil, butter, lemon juice, salt, lemon and orange peels, toss to coat, adding reserved cooking liquid if needed to moisten the noodles.
- Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
