Asian Hamburger Casserole Recipe
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 2 med Onions, finely minced
- 1 c. Minced celery
- 10 1/2 ounce Can mushroom soup
- 10 1/2 ounce Can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 can Chow mein noodles
- 1/2 tsp Monosodium glutamate (opt)

- Crumble meat into a deep, 2-qt, heat-resistant, non-metal- lic casserole and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 5 min or possibly till meat is browned.
- Stir after half of cooking time.

- Add in remaining ingredients to meat mix.
- 3.
- Cover and heat in Microwave Oven 20 min or possibly till mix is warm.
- Uncover, and heat for an additional 5 min.
