Greatest Grilled Cheese
- 2 slices Sourdough Bread
- 3 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 slices Roma Tomato
- 2 teaspoons Butter, Softened
- 1 Tablespoon Alfalfa Sprouts (optional)
- 1.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread and place butter side down in a frying pan on medium heat.

- Place one slice of cheese on each piece of bread, top with tomato (and alfalfa, if you want a hint of nutty flavor) and then place a third slice of cheese on top of one tomato slice.

- Cover the pan to melt the cheese faster and ensure the bread doesnt burn.
- 4.
- When cheese is melted and bread is a crispy golden brown, transfer slices to a plate and sandwich together.
