Zucchini Soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups sliced zucchini
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 14 teaspoon celery seed
- 12 cup plain yogurt
- salt and cayenne pepper
- Combine all ingredients except yogurt, salt and cayenne in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours.
- Process soup and yogurt in food processor or blender until smooth; season to taste with salt and cayenne.
- Serve warm or chilled.
