Zucchini Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients except yogurt, salt and cayenne in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours.
  3. Process soup and yogurt in food processor or blender until smooth; season to taste with salt and cayenne.
  4. Serve warm or chilled.
