Gnocchi Mac 'N Cheese

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease 2-quart casserole dish; set aside.
  3. Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain.
  4. Keep warm.
  5. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in 4-quart saucepan until sizzling; stir in flour.
  6. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 1 minute or until smooth and bubbly.
  7. Stir in milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
  8. Reduce heat to medium-low; add cheese.
  9. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
  10. Add cooked gnocchi; mix well.
  11. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
  12. Combine bread cubes, melted butter and parsley in bowl; toss lightly to coat.
  13. Sprinkle bread cubes over gnocchi mixture.
  14. Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are bubbly and bread cubes are light golden brown and crisp.
  15. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
