Bacon & Caramelized-Onion Asparagus

  1. Cook bacon in nonskillet 3 to 5 mins, or until crisp, turning frequently.
  2. Drain bacon on paper towels.
  3. Discard fat from pan.
  4. Place asparagus in microwaveable casserole dish.
  5. Add water, Microwave on High on 4-5 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  6. Meanwhile add onions to skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes until tender, add ranch dressing.
  7. Drain asparagus; top with sauce and crumbled bacon.
