Caramel-Banana Roll-Ups

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet.
  2. Peel bananas and cut lengthwise in half; brush with lemon juice.
  3. Place 1 banana half on each tortilla.
  4. Stir together sugar and cinnamon; reserve 1 tablespoon.
  5. Sprinkle bananas with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll each tortilla around banana; place seam side on cookie sheet.
  7. Brush with butter.
  8. Sprinkle with reserved sugar and cinnamon.
  9. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Place on dessert plates.
  11. Drizzle with topping.
