Fruity Spinach Salad With Tofu

  1. Crumble the tofu.
  2. Marinate over night in 1/2 cup dressing.
  3. Note I use Kens Raspberry Pecan for this.
  4. Divide the spinach, celery, oranges, apples, grapes, and tofu between the two plates.
  5. Sprinkle on the almonds.
  6. Grind on the pepper and sprinkle on the dash.
  7. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
  8. Serves 2.
