Beet Pizza

  1. First things first.
  2. I steamed my beets for about 20 minutes.
  3. Just steam them until you can stick a fork in them easily.
  4. Then strain your beets and put them in a food processor with some olive oil, about 1/4 cup goat cheese, and 1 teaspoon sea salt.
  5. Once your sauce is blended together, its time to move on to your dough.
  6. Roll your dough out on a lightly floured surface.
  7. Sprinkle some olive oil evenly over the crust.
  8. Then spread your beet sauce.
  9. Add the remaining goat cheese (crumbled), kale, parmesan cheese, then sprinkle more olive oil, salt and pepper.
  10. Pop everything into a 375 degrees F oven for 10 minutes.
  11. Then take out your pizza and sprinkle the crushed walnuts evenly over the pizza.
  12. Put it back in the oven for 2 more minutes.
  13. Enjoy!
